Three browser-based viewers for CBECC-Com and CBECC-Res models. No login, nothing uploaded. Your file is parsed locally in the tab.

Ever open a CBECC compliance model and have no real sense of what you're looking at, where the zones actually sit, how the geometry's laid out, whether the run matches the building you designed? We built these to check our own models faster, and figured the rest of you doing Title 24 compliance work could use them too. The A2 Efficiency team
What file do I need? The 3D viewer reads a CBECC-Com .cibd25x seed model or its AnalysisResults.xml (nonresidential only). The two AnalysisResults viewers each read the AnalysisResults.xml from a compliance run, one for CBECC-Com and one for CBECC-Res multifamily. Export the right file from your model and drop it in below. Nothing leaves your browser.

3D Geometry Viewer

Drop in a .cibd25x seed model or an AnalysisResults.xml and see the building rendered in 3D: walls, roof, floors, windows, doors, and skylights. Rotate it, click any surface, and confirm the geometry matches what you actually designed.

Nonresidential (CBECC-Com) models only. For multifamily, use the Multifamily AnalysisResults Viewer below.

Nonresidential AnalysisResults Viewer

Best for offices, retail, schools, and other nonresidential occupancies.

CBECC-Res · Multifamily
Multifamily AnalysisResults Viewer

Drop in a CBECC-Res (multifamily) compliance-run AnalysisResults.xml and get schematic area blocks by orientation, plus a compliance summary.

MF models carry no 3D coordinates, only per-orientation wall, window, and door areas, so this reads differently than the nonresidential viewer.
